.

J4F: Tracey for those who do not know you well can you please tell us a little     about yourself?

Tracey: My name is Tracey Goodell and I am 23 yrs old. I was born and raised on   the island of Oahu. I love the ocean and jiu jitsu ofcourse!

J4F: What titles do you hold, how many years have you been training and what is your current belt?

Tracey: I started in training jiu jitsu in 2006. I am currently a Brazilian Jiu jitsu brown belt.
Some of my titles:
Blue belt;
2008 Asian Open Leve Champion
2009 No Gi Pan Am Leve Champion
2010 Pan Am Leve & Open Class Champion
NY Open Leve & Open Class Champion
Brasileiro Leve Champion
Purple Belt;
2010 Worlds Leve & Open Class Champion

J4F: Tracey you train with some of the greats like Lloyd Irvin and Mike Fowler what do you have to say about them?

Tracey: It's an honor to train under someone like Master Lloyd and to have such great training partners/idols like Mike Fowler, JT Torres, Jimmy Harbison, Willie Leonard...to name a few. I met Mike Fowler through jiu jitsu, he introduced me to Master Lloyd and I never looked back. These names that I have mentioned are hard working people on the jiu jistu world. They train like champions to become champions. Enough Said....

J4F: What does jiu jitsu mean to you, what do you love the most about BJJ?

Tracey: Jiu Jitsu to me means everything, it's what I do. I love the competitive aspect of it, knowing that when you step on the mat with your opponent, it's show time. Your teammates and coaches have helped you prepare for that moment and it’s your time to shine.

J4F: There are many more women training BJJ because of your accomplishments what words of advice do you have for them to continue following their goals and staying motivated?

Tracey: Words of advice never give up and give it your all!! You will come across hardships and bumps in your road that you think will ruin everything. Keep your head high and train harder. Nobody said it would be easy...Every time you train; train like it's a match! No time for bs!

J4F: Who do you look up to and who are your favorite MMA or BJJ stars?

Tracey: I look up to a lot of people, Master Lloyd, Mike Fowler, Master Donnie, JT Torres and many more from Team Lloyd Irvin. My teammates are my favorite BJJ stars! As for MMA, Brandon and Kerry Vera!!

J4F: In your opinion what would attract more women into the world of BJJ and MMA?

Tracey: In my opinion, the only thing that can attract more women to these sports is women! When younger girls/women have idols and starts they can look up to, I think it's easier for them to do the sport. They see that women do it too and are good at it! It gives them motivation.

J4F: My website is all about what people love to do on their spare time, aside from BJJ what do you do Just4Fun?

Tracey: Just4Fun I like to go to the beach, anything to do with the ocean and outdoors! I also enjoy watching jiu jitsu videos! Who doesn't?!

J4F: Finally, what does the future hold for you? Are there any upcoming events or maybe MMA in the future?

Tracey: MMA, maybe one day... I know my goal is to get by BJJ black belt and win the World Championships! I want to compete with the high level athletes and dominate the women's...

J4F: Any final words for the readers of Just4Fun and your fans out there?

Tracey: Thank you Just4Fun and all my fans for the support! Train Hard!
